Extensions
Ready to extend your home? We can help.

Is it better to extend, or knock down rebuild?
At the end of the day, sometimes it's more cost effective to extend your property to make it more livable. If you love your current floor plan and feeling of your home, but just need more of it, an extension might be for you.
Feeling a little cramped?
Extending your home might be the right move for you. Our team are happy to come and visit your home and let you know what your options are for extending your building.

How long will an extension take?
This will depend on a few factors, like the state of the current property, and what type of extension you're completing. We will be able to advise on a rough estimate once we visit your home and see your plans.

Want to understand more about the process of extending your property?
1
Get in touch with our team
Regardless of whether you have plans drawn up, it can be helpful to have our team visit your site to talk you through some options from a builder's perspective. We will look at your current home and provide you with some feedback to take to your designer or architect.
2
Get your plans drawn up and approved
Once you have your brief for your designer or architect, get your plans drawn up for your extension. They may need to go through council approval, but you should be made aware of this throughout the design phase.
3
Lock in your build team
Once your plans have been finalised and approved, it's time to get your build team locked in. If we've been involved throughout the design process, we may already have sent you a quote and contract - if not, it's time to reach out to us so we can book in your project.
4
The project will start
Once all approvals are in place, and we are ready to go the project will commence. You can expect our team to keep you updated on progress, and will ensure the site will be left locked up and safe throughout the build.
